Help for the Jam mobile app
Jam is a recipe keeper for families — save recipes from a web link, a photo, or a share sheet, organize them into cookbooks, plan meals, and build grocery lists, all shared within your household.
Paste a recipe link, snap a photo of a cookbook page or handwritten card, or use the share sheet from another app (Safari, Instagram, and more) and choose Jam. Jam pulls out the ingredients and steps for you.
The household owner shares an invite link. Anyone who accepts joins the household and shares the same cookbook, meal plans, and lists. Your plan sets how many members a household can have (Duo up to 2, Family up to 5, Family Plus up to 8).
In the app, go to Account → Family plan. On iOS this opens your App Store subscription settings; on Android it opens your Google Play subscription settings, where you can change or cancel your plan. Members’ access follows the owner’s subscription.
You can delete your Jam account and its data at any time, in either of these ways:
Deleting your account permanently removes your Jam profile and the recipes, cookbooks, meal plans, and grocery lists in your household, along with any recipe images you uploaded. If you are the owner of a shared household, the household and its shared content are deleted for all members. This cannot be undone. Any active subscription is managed through the App Store or Google Play and should be cancelled there separately.
See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.
